12seconds.tv: “It couldn’t be more simple. Enter your 12seconds credentials after you hit the ’12’ button in the header of (TweetDeck). Not only will you be able to view all that great 12seconds content, you’ll also be able to record a new post from your webcam by hitting the record button on either the top or the bottom of the column. … All versions of TweetDeck will be updated over the next week or two with this functionality built in“.
TC: “The news marks a significant win for 12seconds, as it will instantly help expose it to the many TweetDeck users, many of whom are considered Twitter ‘power-users’ and are thus more likely to be interested in this kind of rich media sharing.”
Mashable: “With today’s news, it looks as if 12seconds fans won’t be dumping TweetDeck anytime soon. In fact, as a long time lover of Twhirl and happy 12 second videographer, I’m finally ready to break-up with Twhirl for the convenience of updating 12seconds from within Tweetdeck. – The Tweetdeck and 12seconds video offspring, coupled with the fact that 12seconds is experimenting with real-time video rooms, makes us wonder if the Twitter-for-video site isn’t getting enough love.”
